Are all items 100% Authentic?
Absolutely. All of our bags are 100% Authentic or your money back guaranteed. We include a certificate of Authenticity from reputable Authentification services. We use Authentic Detective for our bags under $500 and we use Real Authentication for our items over $500. All of our bags go through a rigorous, multiple step, in-house inspection. All purchases will include a COA unless stated otherwise. You can always contact us for additional COA for an additional fee.
Where do the bags come from?
We source our bags from various places all over the world. All of these places are certified luxury bag specialists. We also have clients who sell their pre-loved bags directly to us.
Do you take Returns?
Because of the nature of our work we do not accept return or replacements. Please make sure you thoroughly read the description, zoom in on pictures, and ask questions. Bags are in used condition which means they are not perfect and have signs of usage. However, if you would like to resell your bag to us within 1 year of purchase, please contact us to discuss the reselling process.
How does Shipping work?
We ship our bags with care and each package is insured. You will have the option to purchase additional shipping insurance at checkout (recommended). We also request a signature at delivery (we cannot control whether or not the delivery partner upholds this request).
What Payment methods do you accept?
We take all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Discover, AMEX, Mastercard). We also take payments through Afterpay & Affirm. At this time we do not have a layaway program.
Do items come with Original Box/Dust Bag?
Because most of our bags are Vintage, they do not come in the original box and/or dustbag. There will be a few that do and this will be stated in the description box. However, ALL bags will come with a complimentary LuxeLeah Dust Bag.
